Let's get prehistoric and make a custom dinosaur!

We will use TinkerCAD to create a small dinosaur that can be 3D printed later or even used in other designs.

TinkerCAD is free, easy-to-use 3D design software for web browsers. It is perfect for getting started with 3D modeling and design. This class will require a laptop.

This class will cover:

  • The basics of solid modeling and TinkerCAD
  • How to create an object from scratch.
  • What an STL file is and its relation to 3D printing
