Reserve a Room

Room & Equipment Reservations

We offer a variety of spaces to support learning, collaboration, and creativity. Whether you need a quiet study area, a place to meet with a group, or access to specialized equipment in The Maker Spot, we have options available to fit your needs.

Please review the guidelines for each type of space before making a reservation. The North Richland Hills Library Patron Behavior Policy applies at all times in these spaces.

Study & Collaboration Rooms

  • A valid library card in good standing is required.
  • Reserve up to seven days in advance—no deposit needed.
  • Up to four room reservations in a rolling seven-day period.
  • Each reservation may not exceed four hours.
  • Please review our Study Room Policy before reserving.

Meeting Rooms

  • Available when not in use by the Library, a City department, or other government agencies.
  • No fee, but a $100 refundable deposit is required.
  • Not for private events, parties, or commercial use.
  • Must be 18+ to reserve.
  • Please review the Meeting Room Policy before reserving. 

The Maker Spot Equipment

The Maker Spot, located on the 2nd floor of the Library, is our community makerspace offering equipment for 3D printing, quilting, sewing, and more.

  • Training & age restrictions vary by equipment—please check the equipment detail page for more information.
  • Reservations without required training will be canceled unless training is completed before use.
