Learn the basics of using our Janome DC 2014 Sewing Machines. This class is required for anyone who wishes to use the sewing machines in The Maker Spot.
In this class, you will learn:
- Parts of the sewing machine
- How to thread the sewing machine
- How to wind and load the bobbin
- Different types of stitches
- Types of fabric to use

Hang out, have snacks, and enjoy board games in a relaxed and fun atmosphere! We’ll supply all you need to play, so just come ready to have a good time. You’re also welcome to bring your own family-friendly games to share. Ages 13-17
