Learn the basics of using our scroll saw and drill press in this free introductory class.
Scroll saws are an excellent woodworking tool that can easily handle even intricate curves. Our instructor will show you everything you need to know to get started!

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • Tools available in The Maker Space
  • Safety and best practices for the scroll saw, drill press, and other hand tools
  • How to load material on the scroll saw and drill press
  • How to change the scroll saw blade and adjust the tension
  • Troubleshooting tips for common issues
