Babygarten© is a fun and educational series of classes for children 0-12 and 13-18 months. Each class involves songs, rhymes, activities, and free play that help babies with language and pre-literacy skills. Most importantly, Babygarten© is a place where you and your child can come to have fun together, which is key to your child’s healthy development.

Join us for a 30-minute program featuring stories, action rhymes, and songs. Story Time provides a foundation for lifelong reading habits while encouraging kids to engage their imaginations.

For children ages 3 to 6.
 

Introduce your toddler to sounds, letter recognition, and new vocabulary during this 30-minute program. Toddler Time is the perfect way to help your child grow into a confident pre-reader.

For children 18 months to 3 years old.

Mollie's furry friends are ready to read with you! These cuddly, non-judgmental listeners are always happy to lend a paw. Reading to therapy dogs is a great way to strengthen reading skills and build confidence in young readers.

There are a limited number of spaces available; sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the Children’s Department for more information at 817-427-6818.

Like to read? Want to meet new people? Join us for Book Break, an afternoon book club for adults who enjoy reading, connecting, and having fun! The group meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. to discuss books from a variety of genres. All are welcome!

No supplies or experience are needed—just come ready to chat and create! No registration required; available while supplies last.

Enjoy a lively discussion as we explore a variety of topics. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 PM at a local coffee shop or bar in North Richland Hills. New members are always welcome! If you'd like to participate but haven't had the chance to read the book, don't worry—just come ready to share your ideas and meet the group.
